Prime Minister bids farewell to outgoing German ambassador

German Ambassador Jutta Frasch and Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung 

On the 3rd of August, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung had a reception with the German Ambassador, Jutta Frasch at his office which called “White House” during the visit to end the tenure of the Ambassador. 

Both sides expressed the same opinion regarding the good development of the bilateral partnership between the two countries. German enterprises are the leading investors among the European Union in Vietnam and Germany still provides important official development assistance to Vietnam.

The important projects mentioned were the Vietnamese-German University and the German House which is being built in Ho Chi Minh City and supposed to be finished and used in 2017 as well as the vocational training projects.

Prime Minister Dung thanked the Ambassador for her important contribution in developing the ties between the two countries and praised her for the outstanding achievements.

Ambassador Frasch emphasized that she felt very comfortable during her last tenure years in Vietnam. She thanked Prime Minister Dung and Vietnamese partners for their support and cooperation.
