The German investors of Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City announcing new wave of German investments and projects in Vietnam
The Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party’s Committee Prof. Nguyen Thien Nhan hosted on Monday, 5th of August 2019 a reception for Horst Geicke, Chairman of the Deutsches Haus Chi Minh City and for Horst Pudwill, Chairman of Techtronic Industries (TTI) and Co-Chairman of Deutsches Haus.
During the reception, TTI Chairman and German investor Horst Pudwill presented his planned project-development for a 650 Mill. USD project in the Saigon High-Tech Park which focuses on manufacturing and R&D for smart power tools. The Chairman of Deutsches Haus Horst Geicke proposed investing over 22 Mill. USD with funding and support of the German parliament to build a “German Education Campus” including the International German School Ho Chi Minh City (IGS) up to 600 students and a German Vocational Training Center based on the well-known Dual Vocational Training Model for up to 600 vocational trainees to get highly skilled for the future in Vietnam and Germany.
