On September 26, 2024, Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City, a pioneer in sustainability and innovation, proudly announces the launch of its latest green initiative: the installation of public E-Car charging stations at Basement B3, 33 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. This initiative underscores our unwavering commitment to integrating cutting-edge technologies and promoting eco-friendly transportation solutions for our tenants, visitors, and the community.
Expansion of Sustainable Transportation Options
The newly inaugurated E-Car charging stations complement our existing electric bike (E-bike) charging facilities, offering a comprehensive infrastructure for electric vehicle (EV) users. The EV ONE - Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City charging station is equipped with 4 AC charging points, each delivering 22 kW, provided by Siemens, one of the world's leading technology companies from Germany. Siemens’ VersiCharge Wallbox, known for its superior efficiency, safety, and reliability, powers the charging stations. These units are certified with IP54 and IK10 standards, ensuring resistance to dust, water, and impact, providing users with a secure and durable charging experience.
Key features include adjustable power settings, smartphone connectivity, and the ability to schedule charging sessions through the EV ONE mobile app, allowing users to easily start and monitor their charging process. With a simple QR code scan, the charging experience is both seamless and efficient, while an emergency stop button and integrated safety protections, such as lightning protection and leak detection. Additionally, it is equipped with an advanced fire suppression system and comprehensive fire safety solutions to ensure optimal operational safety.
