Accompany with Dr. Eckart Würzner and Ms. Aline Moser is Mr. Elmar Dutt, Managing Director of Deutsches Haus HCMC, we are proud to present the double-skin façade which reflects German technology in energy-saving under the climatic condition of Vietnam, and the centralized water treatment system provides filtered and purified drinking water throughout the building.

GERMANY’S HISTORICAL OPPORTUNITY IN ASIA

Currently, the works are still performed around the clock on a daily basis. There’s a hectic bustle at the construction site of Deutsches Haus in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, the former Saigon. Elmar Dutt, Marketing-Manager of Deutsches Haus, is wearing a helmet and protective footwear to lead the tour through the construction site and enthuses: “This will be a lighthouse project for the entire region.” The team of star architect Meinhard von Gerkan has developed a unique, energy-efficient 25-storey high-rise building.

An exhibition with the famous photo collection “Wanderlust” of Thomas Höpker - Leica Hall of Fame Photographer was opened to the public at the Deutsches Haus in Ho Chi Minh City from 19th March 2022.
